TGR released a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most iconic mountain bike stunts from the film UnReal. The scene, filmed in Dubois, features biking alongside a thundering stampede of horses at Turtle Ranch.
Jackson-based Teton Gravity Research recently revisited the making of the famous horse stampede scene from their 2015 mountain bike film, unReal. The crew spent days at Turtle Ranch in nearby Dubois, where rider Brett Rheeder was actually run over by a horse before Cam McCaul and Tom van Steenbergen successfully completed the high-speed shoot. It remains one of the most technical segments the local production company has ever filmed due to the unpredictability of the animals on loose singletrack.
