Roosevelt's at Liberty Station has expanded its daily lunch offerings. New additions include a prosciutto and brie sandwich, house-made crab cakes, and a Brussels sprout salad with fruit and nuts.

Roosevelts in Jackson added three seasonal options to their lunch menu, featuring a prosciutto and brie sandwich on sourdough and house-made crab cakes served with remoulade. They also introduced a fried brussels sprout salad topped with candied pecans and diced pears. The restaurant opens for lunch service at 11:30 every day.
