    Pinky Gā€™s Pizza is celebrating its 15th anniversary this June, marking a major milestone for the local staple located in the basement of the Pink Garter Theater. Owner Tom Fay originally built the shop on a shoestring budget to serve concertgoers, and it has since gained national fame through appearances on the Food Network and a visit from Joe Biden. The restaurant recently secured its lease for another 15 years in Jackson and is hosting a week of festivities starting June 22, including live music and gear giveaways.
