General Manager Prati has spent over two decades at the Mangy Moose, witnessing the era of live performances by Dr. John and the restaurant's original salad bar and prime rib service. He even met his wife at the Teton Village staple in 2005. You can still find him around the property today, usually wearing a signature hat and fueling up with chilaquiles from the cafe.
