    Dave Madeira is stepping down as executive director after leading the club to six state championships and growing the program to over 270 players. Kelly French, who helped found the organization in 2012, will return to Jackson to serve as the interim leader. The club is now beginning the search for a permanent successor to build on the culture established over the last eight years.
