Central Wyoming College and One22 Resource Center have partnered to launch Community Eats, a program providing healthy recipes designed around basic items found at the Jackson Cupboard food pantry. The initiative addresses local food insecurity by offering simple, affordable meal ideas like canned chicken dishes and egg cups. Residents can sample these recipes at the Teton County Library on July 20 or the Recreation Center on July 21, where the first 50 attendees will receive bags containing all the necessary ingredients to cook the featured dish at home.
