The Gill family and two nonprofit partners agreed to pay a combined $3.5 million for transportation improvements, resolving a final disagreement over traffic mitigation costs. This funding cleared the way for the 17-block plan in northern South Park, which marks the largest affordable housing project in the history of Jackson. Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust and Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area are now preparing to fundraise for infrastructure like sidewalks and roundabouts as the project moves toward permitting.
