Lucy and Colin, founders of Corinium Ales in England, trace the origins of their award-winning brewery back to a 2011 road trip through the American West. A stop at Snake River Brewing Company in Jackson for a Pako’s IPA completely changed their perspective on beer and inspired them to start brewing in their garage the following year. Their operation has since grown into a celebrated micro-brewery and tap room at The Old Kennels in Cirencester, featuring a stout that was recently named among the best in Gloucestershire.
