The replacement of the century-old Markley Bridge is now complete, reopening access to the Deer Creek Trailhead and the route up toward Table Mountain. While the new two-lane bridge and parking lot are open, expect to see crews nearby over the next few weeks finishing utility work. The project was funded by the Great American Outdoors Act to improve safety and long-term access for hikers and river users in Gallatin Canyon.
