Author and herbalist Spencre McGowan will join the Feral Feast lineup on August 22 at North Bridger Bison Ranch. She will showcase wild food recipes and accessible herbalism techniques.

Spencre McGowan is a Butte-based author and herbalist who trained at the California School of Herbal Studies and in Sweden. She launched her Gingertooth brand in 2016 with a focus on making wild-inspired cooking and herbalism affordable and accessible to everyone. At the upcoming event in Wilsall, she will showcase recipes and foodways rooted in local, foraged plants.
